Hi Caitlyn. I did not see any cliff jumping on the days I have been there. Cabo can have some rough waters on some days. I am not sure about cliff diving in Cabo so you may have to research some safe areas where this is possible – weather permitting.

There are some places you can snorkel where you can even stand up in the water so water is not deep. That way, if you do not feel like a confident swimmer, you can still snorkel. It is so fun!
